Aussie Rules International (ARI) promotes and develops the sport of Australian rules football internationally, however is not recognised by the AFL or any of its affiliates as having any official capacity in this regard. Committed to working with all stakeholders to assist the international growth of the sport, its focus is on: * Conducting junior clinics and school competitions * Providing footballs, uniforms and other resources to international leagues and clubs * Conducting development visits, especially in new and developing countries; * Assisting with staging international tournaments, and * Raising awareness of Australian football and the Australian Football League (AFL) competition. ARI acknowledges the Australian Football League's (AFL) role as both the keeper of the code and the world governing body of Australian football.
